Regular Blood Pressure check is mandatory as  high BP is associated with cardiovascular disease and stroke. You do not need suffer from symptoms to have high blood pressure . If you have any of these symptoms ; headaches, dizziness, chest pain, tiredness or family history of high BP, heart attack, diabetes, stroke or suffer from over-weight you need BP checked. Ideal body weight include calculations of ideal body mass index, skin fold thickness and waist: hip ratio measurements. We provide combination of tests in our health body check profile. For more on IBW click here

We have dedicated and knowledgeable female staff for examination of breast. Our staff will also teach techniques for self examination of breast at home. All abnormal findings are referred to specialist for further assessment and treatment.

We will help calculate date of delivery of your baby  at our clinic but for more accurate  dating you need ultrasound examination as early as 7-8 weeks of pregnancy.  We provide CTG or electronic fetal monitoring service and pregnancy USS at our centre.  See specific sections on our website for details.
